How do I get The CARD?
The CARD program is offered exclusively through Charm City Concierge at properties that receive our on-site concierge services. There are more than 200 buildings throughout the DMV region we service which include more than 500,000 clients. If you are a client within one of our properties, please contact your concierge to be issued a card.

Is there a fee for clients to obtain The CARD?
No, if you are a client of Charm City Concierge within a property that is offered the program, this is a complimentary program offered to you.

Is The CARD available to the general public?
No. At this time, this is a program offered exclusively to Charm City Concierge clients within a property we service.

Where are offers available for redemption?
Offers can be found within participating retailers and businesses around Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. View the current offers.

I don’t see a lot of offers in my immediate area. When will more be added?
We are continually establishing new partnerships with area businesses and adding them to the program. Check back often for new additions. Have a business you’d like to see on The CARD? Let us know! You can also follow us on social media to keep up with new deals that are included.

How do I receive updates on the offers and the program in general?
Once you receive The CARD, your concierge will register you to receive a monthly email with new and featured offers. You can also follow us online to stay informed of all the latest promotions. Your email will be used for distribution of these monthly emails and nothing else.

Do I need to register my card or activate an account online?
No. Once you receive The CARD, you can begin using it immediately. The current physical cards do not include any sort of electronic strip or bar code. However, there is a unique ID # on the back which is assigned to each individual cardholder. The cards are non-transferable.

My card was lost or stolen. Can I get a replacement?
Due to the high demand of the cards and the costs associated with printing them, we are not able to replace cards which are lost or stolen. We recommend that you keep it in a safe place just as you would a credit card.

I know of (or own) a local business which I think would be a great addition to this program. What is the process for getting involved with your rewards program?
